Major stock indices around the world mostly ended in the green today, with all indicies in the Americas and Europe group experiencing gains. As for the APAC group, all indices ended in the red today. Metals including Gold, Silver and Platinum are up so far along with Brent and Crude oil. As for crypto, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple are all in the green so far.
Americas
In the Americas group, each of the five indices ended in the green today. Leading the gains was the NASDAQ (+2.71%), which gained over two and a half percent. Up next was the S&P 500 (+2.01%) and the S&P/TSX (+1.77%) with the former gaining over two percent while the latter over one and a half. The weakest performance was by the Bovespa (+1.27%), which gained over one and a quarter percent.

The weakest performance from this group today was seen by the FTSE (+1.39%), which still gained just under one and a half percent.

The best performance from this group today was seen by the Sensex (-0.45%), which fell just under half a percent.

On the crypto front, each of the three cryptos included within are in the green so far. Ethereum (+4.98%) is up by roughly five percent with a price of around $354. Ripple (+1.67%) is in the green by over one and a half percent, resulting in the price rising to around $0.2404. Lastly, Bitcoin (+1.42%) is up by just under one and a half percent, resulting in the price of BTC rising to around $10,270.
