Sony Electronics Sri Lanka and Singer Sri Lanka recently celebrated a significant milestone with the joint launch of Sony's newest Bravia TV range at the Galle Face Hotel, Colombo. The event not only marked the unveiling of innovative home entertainment products but also commemorated a decade-long partnership between Sony and Singer.

For the past 10 years, Singer has been an esteemed distributor of Sony Electronics in Sri Lanka. Together, they have delivered top-notch technology and innovation to countless households across the country, solidifying their shared commitment to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

The highlight of this grand event was undoubtedly the introduction of Mini LED TVs to the Sri Lankan market—a first for any brand in this region. These state-of-the-art televisions from Sony are set to revolutionize home viewing experiences with superior brightness, contrast, and clarity that provide an immersive visual experience like never before.

Beyond just TVs, Sony also introduced its latest lineup of sound bars and advanced audio devices, which will further enhance one’s home entertainment setup. With these launches by Sony through SINGER, having an unmatched cinematic environment right within your living room is now possible for every household in Sri Lanka.

The launch event saw attendance from prominent figures such as Mr. Mohan Pandithage, Chairman Hayleys Group; Mr. Mahesh Wijewardene, CEO Singer Sri Lanka; Mr. Yup Yung, Head Marketing for Sony International (Singapore) Ltd.; along with Mr. Thomas Sim, Country Manager, Sony International (Singapore) Ltd., Sri Lanka Branch.

Reflecting on what makes this occasion so special was "Cinema is Coming Home"—the theme that ran throughout this spectacular affair—creating a cinematic ambience within the venue itself while highlighting how deeply intertwined Sony's involvement is within the film industry: capturing films using their cameras, reviewing footage via monitors, and enhancing sound courtesy of their audio products.

Mr. Mahesh Wijewardene spoke excitedly about celebrating ten fruitful years of partnership with Sony and how Singer's customers can now enjoy an unparalleled cinematic experience with the new Bravia TVs and audio devices exclusively available on Singer showrooms as well as their online platforms.

Echoing these sentiments, Mr. Yup Yung added that Sony has always been a trailblazer in technological advancement. The launch of the latest Bravia TV’s is yet another testament to this fact, marking another significant milestone for home entertainment in Sri Lanka.

All products launched at the event are now available for purchase across all Singer showrooms throughout Sri Lanka and online via singer.lk. In line with both companies' commitment towards quality assurance and customer satisfaction, all Sony Bravia TVs come with a comprehensive three-year warranty to provide absolute peace of mind to customers.
