In a significant stride towards digitization, stc Bahrain, a leading digital enabler, has announced the expansion of its contactless payment offerings with the integration of Samsung Wallet. This strategic partnership aims to empower STC Bahrain customers by providing them seamless mobile payment services for secure transactions at online platforms, on-site locations, and in-store outlets globally.

This initiative aligns with STCC Bahrain's commitment to introducing next-generation technology that prioritizes seamless and elevated digital transactions. With Samsung Wallet integrated into their systems, customers can now make purchases without requiring physical cards. This not only enhances convenience but also bolsters security in financial transactions.

Jamal Abdulla Al Sayed, Senior Manager, Public Relations & CSR at stc Bahrain, expressed enthusiasm about this collaboration, saying, "We are thrilled to announce the launch of Samsung Wallet for our customers on stc Pay. We're dedicated to embracing digital technology across all our products, which allows us to redefine the customer experience." He further added that the incorporation of Samsung Wallet is aimed at empowering customers with solutions that set new standards for convenience and security in their digital interactions.

The addition of Samsung Wallet to SC Bahrain’s digital ecosystem offers numerous features, including the ability to store multiple types of cards, such as payment cards, loyalty cards, and membership cards, securely in one place. Customers can enjoy streamlined payment experiences, making transactions effortlessly using just their Samsung devices. Advanced security measures like tokenization and biometric authentication employed by Samsung Wallet ensure protection against potential threats to sensitive financial information.

Fadi Abu Shamat from the Mobile Experience Division at Samsung Gulf Electronics spoke about how this partnership signifies an important move towards expanding outreach to consumers so they may avail themselves of advanced payment solutions. The brand is currently working on enhancing the user experience by adding more features to the existing list already offered by Samsung Wallet so that users have access to smooth journeys within both physical and virtual spaces.

As technological landscapes continue to evolve rapidly today, it becomes crucial for companies like St.C. Bahrain to continue innovating and introducing forward-thinking solutions that enhance customer experiences.

To activate Samsung Wallet, customers with compatible devices can download the app from the Galaxy Store, log in using their Samsung account directly from the app itself, and set up their PIN and fingerprint for security purposes. Once done, they simply need to tap on the 'add card' option to scan or manually enter their card number.

The integration of Samsung Wallet into STC Bahrain's services is a significant step towards a cashless future, offering convenience at your fingertips.
