His educational journey began amidst significant financial challenges when he embarked on doctoral studies at Regent University in Virginia Beach, USA, despite facing a staggering 142% devaluation of the Nigerian naira against the US dollar back in 2016. However, his academic prowess shone through earning him a highly competitive Sub-Saharan Africa Scholarship Award, recognizing his intellectual capabilities and research potential and providing crucial financial support. 
 
Fast forward three years later; Dr. Onyemere defended his dissertation amidst substantial financial constraints, marking the completion doctorate and laying the groundwork future innovations within the realm strategy management practices. 
 
Currently serving as Lecturer Business Management at University Sunderland UK, he has distinguished himself through pedagogical innovation student-centered methodologies garnering widespread recognition culminating in nominations for the prestigious Student Teaching Awards 2023/24 reflecting quantifiable impact teaching approach consistently receiving superior ratings from student evaluations. 
 
Beyond traditional instructional boundaries, Dr. Onyemere successfully mentored MBA candidates through complex research initiatives, achieving a completion rate while serving as module leader for the online MBA program, managing Innovation Technology Transfer, contributing to the to the enrollment increase. Dr. Ifeanyi also facilitates the Operations Management course of the of the Commonwealth Executive MBA/MPA program at the at the National Open University Nigeria, guiding students through the complexities operations management, focusing on critical areas such as process analysis, quality management, supply chain optimization, and bridging theoretical practice, making challenging concepts accessible and relevant. 
 
In addition, curriculum development designed and implemented five new course modules integrating cutting-edge business practices and technologies, receiving satisfaction ratings of 4.8 out of 5 from students, demonstrating relevance and effectiveness and preparing graduates for the for the modern world business landscape.

Also paper remote working paradigms emerging economies focusing Nigerian banking sector accepted publication International Journal Management Economics Social Sciences (IJMESS) offering strategies applicable businesses worldwide especially timely given global shift towards flexible working arrangements significant academia local international firms governments policymakers alike. 
 
Additionally, groundbreaking research on intricate capital structures influences firm performance empirical analysis. The prestigious African Journal of Business and Economic Research is scheduled to appear in the in the September 2024 issue, providing valuable insights on optimizing capital structures to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
