Bitcoin Cash Marketcap, Charts & Quote

Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is a decentralized cryptocurrency hard-forked from the Bitcoin Core (BTC) network on August 1st 2017. After support from some members of the Bitcoin community, notably Roger Ver and Jihan Wu, the block size limit was increased to 8MB from the original 1MB Bitcoin Core supports. The main reason for the increase in block size was to enable more transactions to fit inside a block after the implementation of the Bitcoin Improvement Proposal (BIP) 91. By enabling more transactions to fit inside a block, this lowers the cost of transaction fees and also allows more transactions to be processed per second. According to Bitcoin Cash supporters, these modifications further allow BCH to be used as an electronic peer-to-peer cash, as was the original aim of Bitcoin.
